The 100 mm brush has a 5 mm or 10 mm face width to accommodate a variety of flute sizes. The 150 mm and 200 mm wheel brushes have a face width of either 10 mm or 15 mm. Smaller-diameter brushes are more flexible and less aggressive. Larger-diameter brushes are less aggressive and more flexible.

NamPower diamond wheels cost less than other diamond tools, but BRM’s nylon abrasive brushes can polish more flute reliefs and radius more edges per brushing tool.
